Strategic Branding Internship (Fall 2021)
Main & Rose is an award-winning global creative marketing agency. Main & Rose services include branding, marketing, social media. and web development. We are a female-led firm and have been featured in publications like Entrepreneur, Inc and Forbes. Our team is located in Denver, Los Angeles, Charlotte and Miami, but our interns can be located anywhere in the continental US.
As an intern at Main & Rose, you will be actively involved in our day-to-day and learn quickly along the way. An intern at M&R can expect to be involved with internal business development as well as client branding projects. Each of our interns will have visibility into all client work and engage in internal weekly calls to give you the best understanding of both our process and our approach. You will be working remotely with our team to ensure that we provide our clients with quality service and the best possible deliverables. We are looking for someone who is flexible, hungry, and ready to make a direct impact.
Interns must have an interest in branding, design and/or communications. They must be fiercely self-motivated, as all of our work is remote. We are a flexible team (and a fun team!), however, we have high expectations for our interns, just as we do of ourselves.
Ability to stay on track, communicate the status of current projects, work autonomously and take ownership, be a mindful team player, and have a desire to think big and change processes is required. We are a group of like-minded entrepreneurs and are interested in interns who understand the value of starting in a company from the ground up.
All interns MUST be discreet and will sign an NDA to work with our clients. All of our work here at M&R is highly sensitive, and must be treated as such. In addition, interns must be comfortable working with high net worth individuals as well as our executive team on a daily basis.
A few "housekeeping" items:
- All interns MUST receive credit from their universities in lieu of payment for the first semester you work with us. If we continue our work together beyond one semester, future work will be paid hourly. Please check with your university that you may receive credit.
- We are actively seeking interns who are able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays during the fall 2021 semester. Please let us know of your weekly availability in your application.
- Weekly check-ins will be scheduled on Zoom, and M&R is happy to report student progress to schools as requested.
- Mentoring for each intern is provided by our entire team dependent on interests and career path.
